Terms of use
FPL Deck is an unofficial, independently operated Fantasy Premier League companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League or any football club.
Using the service
FPL Deck is for personal, non-commercial use. In plain terms:
- Don’t try to disrupt the service or bypass access controls.
- Don’t automate excessive requests against it.
- Don’t misuse information about other participants.
Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. You can delete your account at any time; doing so removes the data linked to it, including your reactions in competitions.
Competition access
Competition views are available when the FPL manager ID you use is on the competition’s roster. The organiser manages that roster. Linking a manager ID does not verify ownership of the FPL team. We may change or withdraw access at any time.
Reactions in competitions
If you’re signed in and on a competition’s roster, you can react to the moments in its gameweek reports. Only people on that competition’s roster can see reactions, and they show the nickname on your account. You can change or remove your reaction at any time.
Fantasy football data
Scores, ranks, player information and calculations may be delayed, provisional, or wrong. Official FPL records always take precedence, and FPL Deck doesn’t guarantee the service will be available or error-free.
Planning and comparison tools
Any planning, comparison, or personalised tools on the site are informational only. Your fantasy football decisions are your own responsibility.
Advertising
FPL Deck does not currently show ads. If ads are introduced, this section will be updated to describe the provider and how they work, and the privacy policy will reflect any related data use.
Changes to the service
Features may be changed, suspended, or removed while the service continues to develop. We’ll update this page if that materially affects your rights or how you use the service, along with the date at the top.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FPL Deck isn’t responsible for losses arising from reliance on its data, interruptions to the service, or fantasy football decisions you make. Nothing here limits any right that can’t legally be excluded — including your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
